Nvidia g105m, a Disappointment?

The boyfriend recently bought a laptop with this graphics card for gaming purposes, and we were honestly a bit disappointed. I mean, seriously. We can hardly play Need for Speed Underground 2 on medium settings and NBA Live 2009 is a no-go even at the lowest settings. We were almost convinced that this graphics card was crap with a nice sounding name, but that was before Nvidia g105m's very own prince charming came along and turned this Cinderella of a graphics card into a graphics princess for keeps.

Now, we are running NSFSU 2 at very high settings without lag, NBA Live 2009 runs flawlessly at medium graphics and Sims 3 runs minus the chops. Thank God for the internet!

*UPDATE: Here is the link for the trick or whatever you may want to call it.

New Firefox is Out!

Not so long after IE released its latest version, IE 8.0, one of it's rivals in the browser world did the same. Firefox recently released it's latest version -- Firefox 3.5.

According to Mozilla, the latest version is faster, safer, smarter, and in other words, better than its predecessor (Of course, they would say this!).
